Saint George will be starting the Chalice Project on Sunday, November 30. Each week at Mass, a family can volunteer to take the gifts to the altar during the Offertory.
At the end of Mass, the family will be invited by the priest to come forward to receive the chalice and a blessing. The family will then take the chalice home to display it in a prominent place in their home.
Each day for five days, during the family’s prayer time, they will pray for an increase in vocations. Optional prayers will be provided. On the following Friday, the family will return the chalice so another family can take it home.
Please consider this as an opportunity for you to pray for an increase in vocations. To register, click here.
